MOSCOW -- The owners of Russia’s O2 TV channel are putting their 25% stake on sale, the business daily Kommersant reported.

Experts say the stake could be sold for between $10 million to $21.4 million.

Some of the shares will be offered to investment banks, while others will go to the MMVB, one of the country’s two main stock exchanges.

O2, which focuses on entertainment and targets primarily younger audiences, has been in operation since 2004 and is currently distributed through 250 cable operators.
