MODENA, Italy -- Meg Ryan, Tim Roth and Abigail Breslin will be on hand at the 38th Giffoni Film Festival that will also feature the Italian premiere of "The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian," the festival announced Friday.

The festival, which runs July 18-26 and focuses on films for young people, has caught local media attention in recent years for attracting well-known Hollywood talent.

The star of this year's event seems poised to be Breslin, the 12-year-old "Nim's Island" star who became a favorite in Italy for her role in "Little Miss Sunshine" two years ago.
